Maharashtra Candidate Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the BA LLB (5-Year Integrated) through MH CET Law, you need to have passed your 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% aggregate for General/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra, with slightly different percentages for Maharashtra state OBCs (42%). You must be an Indian National, have passed 10+2 from a recognized board, and there's generally no upper age limit, but candidates in their final year of 12th can apply.  

             Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen.

  • Age Limit: No upper age limit.
  • Appearing Candidates: Those in their final year of 12th are eligible, provided they meet the percentage requirement and submit documents at admission time.
  • Domicile: Candidates from outside Maharashtra are generally treated as Open (General) category.

Other Than Maharashtra Candidates Eligibility Criteria

All India Level Students

 All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. – (a) The candidate should be an Indian National; (b) An applicant who have successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (+2) or equivalent (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course) from a recognized Board in India or Outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a Foreign country recognized by the Government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course Examination, with minimum of Forty-Five Per cent (45%) marks in Aggregate. (c) The applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible for the course: Provided that, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible. (d) The qualifications of 10th (SSC), 12th (HSC) (+2) may be obtained through any mode (Distance / Correspondence / Open Schooling Method). (e)The Applicant/s must obtain basic qualification for admission to Five Year degree course for which the Basic Qualification shall be 10th (SSC) which shall be required to be followed by +2 (HSC). (f) Obtained score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. i.e. Percentile in MAH-LLB-5 CET 2025 Note: The percentage of marks shall not be calculated by rounding off to nearest integer. recognize that every individual has unique talents and strengths, and we aim to help our students discover and develop their full potential.

NRI/OCI/ PIO

 NRI/OCI/ PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National Candidature Candidate. — (a) An applicant who have successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (+2) or equivalent (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course) from a recognized Board in India or outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a Foreign Country recognized by the Government of that Country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course Examination, with minimum of Forty-Five Per cent (45%) marks in Aggregate.
