To be eligible for the BA LLB (5-Year Integrated) through MH CET Law, you need to have passed your 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% aggregate for General/OBC/EWS and 40% for SC/ST candidates from Maharashtra, with slightly different percentages for Maharashtra state OBCs (42%). You must be an Indian National, have passed 10+2 from a recognized board, and there's generally no upper age limit, but candidates in their final year of 12th can apply.
Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen.

All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. – (a) The candidate should be an Indian National; (b) An applicant who have successfully completed Senior Secondary School course (+2) or equivalent (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate course) from a recognized Board in India or Outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a Foreign country recognized by the Government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course Examination, with minimum of Forty-Five Per cent (45%) marks in Aggregate. (c) The applicants who have obtained +2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible for the course: Provided that, the applicants who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible. (d) The qualifications of 10th (SSC), 12th (HSC) (+2) may be obtained through any mode (Distance / Correspondence / Open Schooling Method). (e)The Applicant/s must obtain basic qualification for admission to Five Year degree course for which the Basic Qualification shall be 10th (SSC) which shall be required to be followed by +2 (HSC).
